We manage and have managed a cross section of buildings all over London – some service charges have been as little at £2.00 per square ft. and others at around £12 per square ft. What we do is tailor our service to your building. We do this by carefully selecting contractors – although we are a small company we have a large book of contractors who carry out a variety of work throughout London. We also set up our systems around the lease terms of each building we manage – not every buildings accounting systems are the same which means most buildings accounting obligations are unique depending on who drafted the lease. A Seddons lease can contain different terms to a Mishcon De Reya Lease etc etc. What we like to do is give each building time to ensure we reach the right solution.
We actively investigate problems by visiting buildings and selecting the right contractor for the work.
