SKPM specialises in Residential Management of Blocks of Flats, known as Block Management. We deal with the Management of Flats and Houses let for periods of one year or more.
Our experience covers a wide range of buildings. Whether that be from new builds to Victorian mansion blocks or Grade II listed homes, at SKPM we have dealt with complex Mechanical and Electrical Installations, Building Management Systems and new development plans with integrity and efficiency.
We are a small team but know where to find the correct solution for each buildings’s needs.
The range of service charge levels we administer start at £4 per square feet and go up to £12 per square feet per annum.
Our Ethos is to treat each building on an individual basis which means using different contractors and modelling each building to its own needs, and to the terms of each lease.
